In essence, Charles makes Substance Cs with small batch winemaking integrity on an unprecedented scale.With the success of Substance Cs Cabernet Sauvignon, the brand expanded to include Substance Vineyard Collection a single-vineyard collection that includes Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc varietals. These wines are a modern expression of the classic Bordeaux varietals paired with a Loire-style Sauvignon Blanc. The latest chapter in the Substance book is Ch Chardonnay which expresses the same vision as the flagship Cs Cabernet Sauvignon.
