Single cask Speyside single malt Scotch from The GlenAllachie in Aberlour. Distilled from 100% malted barley on copper pot stills. Aged a minimum 12 years; distilled in May 2010 and bottled in October 2022. Matured exclusively in an ex-Oloroso sherry puncheon (cask #5138). Dried red berries, honeycomb, muscovado sugar, and stewed plums on the nose give way to waves of heather honey on the palate, accompanied by mocha, ginger, and Black Forest gteau. US-exclusive release of 712 bottles. No added coloring. Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 56.6% ABV
