Terra Mdi, meaning “Beloved Earth” a harmonious blend of the Catalan “Terra” (Earth) and the Otom “Mdi” (Loved) perfectly embodies the union of European winemaking expertise and the unique terroir of central Mexico.

• Pouring a delicate pale yellow hue with transparent flashes, the Terra Madi Trivarietal exhibits a clear and bright appearance with a pleasing medium viscosity.
• The nose is immediately inviting with a medium-high aromatic intensity.It’s delightfully fruit-forward, showcasing prominent notes of juicy peaches, crisp pears, and exotic lychee, beautifully interwoven with delicate aromas of white flowers, such as fragrant roses.

Vinification Highlights:

• The grapes for this distinctive blend are carefully manually selected, destemmed, and gently pressed.
• Each varietal Malbec, Chardonnay, and Muscat undergoes independent fermentation in stainless steel vats at a cool 17C for approximately 10 days.
• Once fermentation is complete, the finished wines are expertly blended (coupage).
• Prior to bottling, the wine is meticulously clarified and stabilized, ensuring its exceptional quality and bright character.
