The brand consists of four distinguished wines three single vineyards (Frenchman Hills, Moxee and Roza Hills Chardonnay) and one cuvee of all three vineyards, (Uncovered Chardonnay). SIXTO wines focuses exclusively on old-vine Chardonnay at higher elevations and cool-climate vineyards throughout Washington state.

The color reminded me of Meursault. Golden and hazelnut-hued. The wine comes fully formed from the glass with jackfruit, oyster shell, apricot stone, crushed rock and flavor galore.
