The Ron Aldea TRADICION Gran Reserva de Edicion Limitada is made from the finest sugar cane, which comes from the Canary Islands. Instead of molasses, freshly pressed sugar cane juice is used for fermentation.
After fermentation, this rum matures for at least 20 years in oak barrels from France.
