The wine has a pale yellow and brilliant robe with golden highlights. Matured in oak barrels, this wine offers a very fine, slightly baked nose with aromas of brioche and frangipane complemented by buttery notes. The expression of whiteskinned fruit, peach or apricot, and a hint of wood, complete this rich palette. The mouth, round and generous, opens with aromas of fresh or even grilled hazelnut, giving way to minty notes, leading through to a finish with nice tension and a pleasant and surprising salinity.
