The colour is the purest light gold with bright light green glows. This Grand Cru is then aged for optimum maturation for about 5 years. The wine is then disgorged for at least six months before expedition. The first attack to the nose is very floral (white flowers mainly from fruit-trees) followed by outstanding touches of citrus like grapefruit or Menton lemon. To the palate it is very velvety and rich with notes of citrus, and of light toasted vanilla brioche. Will work perfectly with caviar toasts, smoked salmon in all seasons, and during the summer with cubes of Charentais melon.
