This exceptional release is the distillery’s first to be fully matured in Pedro Ximnez Sherry casks from the renowned Bodega Jos y Miguel Martin in Jerez, Spain. Each of the 61 casks used has imparted deep, sweet, and complex flavors to the whisky, which has been matured for a minimum of five yearsa period that, while brief, perfectly harnesses the intense richness of the PX casks.
