ucaba is a magnificent English barleywine styled sipping beer, you may remember it as Abacus? Pillow-soft with delicious chocolate malt tones and boozy from its barrel ageing, it oozes its extraordinary craftmanship.

Fragrant with bourbon and oak up front, it delivers hints of dark chocolate overlaid with vanilla, toasted coconut and underpinned with a touch of dark cherry.
