The Fierce III Cabernet Sauvignon 75cl is a premium red wine from Lou Miranda Estate in the Barossa Valley, Australia. Crafted by three sisters, it embodies their vision of producing wines with independence, authenticity, and strength. The wine is sourced from estate vineyards in Rowland Flat and Lyndoch, with vines planted in 1995 and 2004. The 2019 vintage was characterized by a dry growing season, resulting in lower yields and small berries, which contributed to the wine’s intensity and varietal definition. The wine underwent fermentation in stainless steel tanks and was aged in American oak barrels for 29 months, with 75% of the barrels being new oak. This aging process imparts flavors of blackcurrant, red berries, and subtle hints of spice and toast. The palate is full-bodied with velvety tannins and a long finish. Ideal for pairing with red meats, full-flavored cheeses, or rich tomato dishes.
