Domaine de L Ecu Muscadet Taurus 2015 750ml (No Barcode)

Taurus is blended from granite and orthogneiss terroirs at l’Ecu, which has been certified biodynamic since 1998. The wine is wild and fragrant, presenting as beautiful what might appear as a collection of flaws in a less finely grown, less robustly healthy Muscadet. Toasty (oxidative), almost red-fruited (tannic) in its pale strawberry flavors, this has the scent of a flower garden by the sea.
