Dom Perignon remains to be one of the great shining lights of the Champagne industry. Rumours abound about quite how much of the Blanc is actually available but the Rose is undoubtedly available in very small quantities indeed. From a quality perspective there is much to admire as well with the grapes being used being nothing but the best that the region has to offer.
