Delectus is a family-owned winery that handcrafts luxury red wines from select vineyards throughout Napa Valley and Knights Valley. Tasting Notes:
The nose starts off with dark ripe blackberry and black cherries on the front aroma. As you continue to dig deeper this wine starts to present notes of clove and spice, followed by fresh black tea and cigar box finish. On the front palate blackberry cherry and a slight hint of black pepper lead the charge. Finally on the finish dark chocolate slowly rolls over the tongue with fig and sweet raisin.
