Imagine a rye whiskey unlike any other. Dark Star’s story begins in 2015 with a high-rye mash bill (95% rye!) aged in undisclosed barrels. Despite setbacks, the remaining whiskey was rescued and re-barreled in 2019, spending its final years in select Zac Cooperage #4 Char barrels. This double-oaking process coaxed out remarkable flavors, culminating in a masterpiece after 8.5 years.

Bottled at cask strength (a potent 104 proof!), Dark Star is a flavor explosion waiting to be unleashed. With only 1,050 bottles produced from the surviving barrels, this is a rye whiskey for the collector and the connoisseur alike.
