James Button writes: This Chianti Classico is 90% Sangiovese with 10% of Cabernet Sauvignon. Vibrant cherry and darker berry aromas are joined by a touch of mint. The palate is really bright, textural and succulent, with a lick of wood and some slightly muted hedgerow fruits which should reveal themselves once the oak has had a chance to settle.
