The Cognac Double Cask Edition is a Dominican rum that matures in ex-bourbon barrels as well as in ex-cognac barrels, made of French Limousine oak, for 12-16 months.
The maturation of the up to 21 years old rum takes place according to the solera method; the average age is 16 years.
