Each variety has been separately fermented in stainless steel tanks at 13- 18C. 8 hours of skin contact in the closed press for Tamaioasa Romaneasca. To give to the wine complexity and buttery aftertaste, the wine was aged on lees for 2 months with lees movement during this period.
