It is crafted from 100% Tempranillo grapes grown in the Duero region of Castilla y Len, Spain. The grapes undergo cold maceration for several hours to extract color, aroma, and flavor. After this process, the juice ferments under temperature-controlled conditions in inert, stainless steel vats.
