They brilliantly highlight Tasmania’s unique terroir by partnering with select growers in the Derwent, Huon, and Coal River Valleys. Operating as a micro-batch producer, they craft only a handful of barrels for each cuve. Guided by the lunar calendar, they harvest on fruit and flower days. In the winery, they employ large oak demi-muids and clay amphorae, with wines bottled unfined and unfiltered. The result? Wines that are vibrant, intriguing, deliciously textured, and exceptionally rare.
