100% pinot noir from 3 separate parcels in Pommard (totaling 0.15ha). 50% of the fruit comes from Les Noizons, which lies just north of Les Pezerolles and Les Charmots and sees rocky, shallow clay soils over limestone. The remaining half of the fruit is split between Croix Blanche, which lies right below Les Grands Epenots and sees limestone soils with heavy clay; and Poisot, in the southern corner of Pommard, which also sees clay and limestone.
Vine age varies with each parcel: Les Noizons sees 55 year old vines, Croix Blanche 90 year old vines and Poisot sees 40 year old vines.
Fruit from all three parcels is co-fermented whole cluster in stainless steel for 30 days. Aged in neutral 300L barrel for 8 months. No added s02.
