Laphroaig 28 Years 750ml

This 28 year old from Islay’s Laphroaig distillery has been matured for the majority of its life in casks of various different sizes, from quarter casks to butts. For the final 12 months, these casks were brought together and married in sherry casks. Presented in a white wooden display case, this limited edition is bottled at 44.4% abv.The nose is rich and peaty with golden syrup, grilled dates, and Islay heather. The palate brings baked pears and vanilla with grilled meats, rich leather and ground pepper. The finish is sweet and peppery with dried spices and lingering peat.
