Winemaker Description

The individual lots for this wine spent months aging separately in French Oak, before Winemaker Abigail Estrada hand-selected the final blend. The result is richness yet restraint allowing this Cabernet to be paired with an array of cuisines or simply enjoyed on its own.

On the nose, there are lovely aromas of Satsuma plum, black cherry, and subtle graphite from Paso Robles mineral-rich soils. On the palate, you’ll find flavors of ripe red cherry, mixed berry pie, and Tahitian vanilla. The finish is smooth with well-integrated tannins. Its opulent, richly textured, and beautifully balanced.
