We make The Naturalist from scratch, milling the grains, fermenting the mash, and distilling the spirit in two types of stills.

Each 100-gallon batch of the Naturalist is distilled using our smaller pot still, known as The Queen, and weve infused the spirit with a lush combination of 12 botanicals, including coriander, elderflower, Jamaican allspice, two types of cinnamon and three types of citrus.
