The Valpolicella Ripasso Caparbio of the Piccoli company is a medium-structured wine, ideal for any meal with a fresh and satisfying drink. It goes well with soups and risottos, medium-aged cheeses or more important dishes such as red meats and game. Intense ruby red color with purple reflections; the nose reveals numerous floral notes fused with red fruits such as raspberry or blackberry. In the mouth it enters soft but with good acidity and tannic content, slightly spicy, with sweet notes of ripe fruit, persistent and well balanced. Fresh and fruity finish, with a long taste-olfactory persistence.
