Arkas is a bit, shall we say, guarded about their source, but at the end of the day, were here to sift through the oceans of plonk, pick the cherries and make spectacular deals for you. THE WINE, the goodness, the love is all we care about. And speaking of love, how about some cool raspberry fruit, silky-warm texture, violets, lavender, mint and fresh-out-of-the-oven cherry pie…this is a CRAZY over-deliverer at our price. You know what we ate with this bottle last night? A simple roast chicken with grilled carrots. The sweetness of carrots with a little char and olive oil was utterly perfect with the warm embrace of this pinot. Upon arrival, tear into it. Taste it. Express your joy by doing a jig. Then put that chicken in the oven…thats what we did! While it lasts.
