The grapes used to produce this wine come from vineyards owned by the winery, which are over 20 years old and grow on slopes on granite soils. The clusters are rigorously controlled during cultivation to ensure they produce the best quality. The harvest is carried out manually and the grapes transported to the winery in small 15kg capacity boxes, ensuring that the grapes do not rupture and ferment prematurely during transportation, losing their best features.
