The recently relabeled Cramant bottling, formerly known as Prestige du Moulin, the wine is now 100% from Cramant with the fruit coming from two different lieux-dits in the village; Les Longues Verges – an earlier ripening site & La Garenne – a historical garden site in the village on atypical sandy soils.
The Prestige du Moulin was a blend of Cramant & Chouilly sites, the Chouilly site is now used in his Les Terres Fines bottling.
