Jesse, Head Blender, has had the abil ity to play with each release in different ways allowing some releases to be more Oloroso forward while others are more cognac forward. We are also starting to see more of the 36% Rye bourbon being used in these blends. Combining all that with the current change of season in WA and you get a recipe for a great whiskey!
