George Dickel x Leopold Bros Collaboration Blend, blends two different distillations of rye: a traditionally distilled and aged Fifth-Barrel Column Still Rye from Cascade Hollow and a custom curated blend of Three Chamber Rye. The distinctive, spicy spirit is the result of obtaining all new oak barrels, charring them with apple wood, toasting the casks only twice–creating twice the tannin–and then aging for additional time.
