Drumshanbo Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey

Drumshanbo Single Pot Irish Whiskey is the first Whiskey to come out of western Irelands Connacht province in more than 105 years. Triple distilled by hand at the Shed Distillery of PJ Rigney, its made from a blend of malted Irish barley, unmalted Irish barley, and Irish barra oats. Its aged for five years in first use ex-Kentucky Bourbon and ex-Oloroso Sherry casks.

The perfect marriage of age-ability and youth, our Irish Single Pot Still Whiskey is made from a blend of whiskies that are aged between six and twenty years. This versatile whiskey showcases the creaminess and sweetness of the Irish character, balanced with spice and fruitiness for an enticing finish.
