Nikka Coffey Malt Whisky is the result of a unique collaboration between Nikka and Coffey distillery in Ireland. It is made from 100% malted barley, with whisky distilled in a Coffey still and matured in old casks to enhance the rich maltiness, complexity and a silky texture.

Nikka Coffey Malt has been described as unconventional. And indeed this 100% malt whiskey has a distinctive character derived from the two vintage coffey column Nikka imported to Japan from Scotland. Normally used for distilling grain whiskeys, these grand old antiques produce depth of flavor and rich texture lacking in whiskeys produced in traditional pot stills.
