Complex layers of nougat, brioche, and macadamia, with notes of wattle blossom and jasmine. The palate is detailed and ethereal, with pear, nectarine, and white peach, followed by a mineral thread and a touch of spice. Gentle textures and vibrant acidity lead to a long, elegant finish.
