AGING: 8 months oak aging with partial malolactic fermentation; minimum 40 months of ageing in bottles and minimum 3 months after disgorgement, no fining and light filtration, disgorgement May 2022 with dosage liqueur vinified in barrels. Dosage: 4g/L
NOTES:The 2016 Vingnes de Pierry is marked by tiny, delicate bubbles and beautiful balance. Aromas of honey and spice dominate the nose and the mouth-watering attack is both smooth and lively. Saline finishes keeps you coming back for more. Very vinous, enjoy in a big glass.
